Fiordizucca, an Italian food blog

Here is one of the best of the many Italian food blogs, going by the name of Fiordizucca (pumpkin flower).

Anyway. This Pumpkin Flower has an ample archive with varied recipes and lovely illustrative photography. I think she definitely knows her stuff. See, for example, her recent creative effort of cavatelli pasta with seafood over a pumpkin and porcini cream soup. An unusual and highly useful feature is that she follows her recipes with an English translation (as she did in this case). She uses metric measurements in her translations, too. If you are serious about following European recipes, you might make a modest investment in some metric measuring tools, to save you the anxiety and frustration of calculations.
