Unesco's Italian sites site (sorry for the repetition)

Unesco, as I hope you know, is the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural organization. I just came upon this little but useful site that covers Italy's numerous World Heritage sites (it has more than any other country-why am I not surprised?)

The site is short and sweet. It features an interactive map which takes you to the sites in a given regional area. Or, if you like, you can use the list. There is also a well-done photo gallery. A good travel resource for beginners and smarty-pants alike.

In the photo, one of many Palladian villas- this one is the Villa Barbaro at Maser (Mah-ZEHR).
