Today is Pasquetta

Today is Pasquetta. And what might that be? It's the day after Easter, and it is a national holiday in Italy, just as Santo Stefano (Saint Stephen's, the day after Christmas) is.

Traditionally, it is a day to dedicate to one-day excursions and maybe picnics, often to a rustic site such as the Euganean Hills near Padua, shown left.
